Beginning September 28, join us for a workout that will shake up your regular routine. Learn how to use the kettlebell to enhance and improve your workouts to help increase strength and build endurance. The class is designed for all fitness levels.
Bootcamp starts 9/28 and will run 8 weeks, every Monday and Thursday from 7 – 8 PM. Each weekly single day session is $215, or you can purchase both weekly days for a total of $430. Class will be held in the Community Room, participants will meet on the 2nd floor fitness area by the kettlebells.
