Keep Your Goals On Track With Measurement Mondays

Throughout the day on Monday, September 14 and each first Monday of the month after, we will be providing “Measurement Mondays” – the opportunity to have your baseline measurements taken relative to strength, speed, power, and body composition that can be retested on a monthly basis. Body weight, body measurements, chest press, squat, vertical jump, dead lift and more will be measured.
