After a two year hiatus from a structured exercise routine I checked out FFC. I prefer to spend what little free time I have outdoors whenever possible and love playing tennis, hiking, biking or walking…typically not so happy about being inside a club however.
My first significant contact at FFC was with Josh Maness, a personal trainer on staff at the Lincoln Park club. Between Josh’s gentle but persuasive instruction and the gorgeous views of the city from just about anywhere in the club I am a convert to the benefits of exercising at a club. Josh is a first class trainer who knows just when to push and a delight to work with. The club is light filled, spacious and amenities are equal to what you would find at a spa. I am stronger, leaner and committed.
A bit over a month into my new exercise regime and I could not be happier with my progress!
