January is coming!


The number one New Year’s resolution for 2013 was to eat healthy and exercise regularly.  This year, FFC wants to encourage everyone to hit their fitness goals before the new year.  Wouldn’t it be great to save that resolution for something different this year?  Learn to play an instrument, master the art of juggling, set a world record, climb Mt. Everest (more to come on that)…
