HIIT it in May!

Looking for someone to tell you what to do in the gym? Is your training stuck in a rut?  You are in luck!  During the month of April, the 353 Fitness Center is going to eliminate the guesswork and provide you with a challenging workout.  A HIIT workout will be posted in the Club daily.  Each workout completed earns you one point.  At the end of the month, the person with the most points receives a complimentary personal training session.  Master Trainer, Jennifer Dahl, can show you how to complete the workout or provide safe substitutions.  No more excuses- get to the Club and HIIT it!  Contact Jennifer Dahl at jdahl@ffc.com for more information.
