November marks the 353 Fitness Center’s 4-year anniversary! Join us for a month of fun and fitness festivities, as we celebrate our four-year anniversary. Thank you for another amazing year. Bonus Friday Fitness Classes!
Each Friday during the month of November, the 353 Fitness Center will offer complimentary classes open to all Members and Guests.
In addition to our regularly scheduled FitSport and Spinning classes, try one of the following:
- Friday, November 1, 12:55pm-1:40pm. Core & Stretch with Jennifer Dahl. Strengthen your core and stretch your muscles! This 45 minute class consists of concentrated abdominal and lower back work, in addition to total body stretching.
- Friday, November 8, 12:55pm-1:40pm. FitKick with Ron Mendoza. This cardiovascular class using techniques from boxing and kickboxing, is great for students who want to train like a professional boxer but, without the bodily contact.
- Friday, November 15, 12:55pm-1:55pm. Hatha Yoga with Mary Delaney. Hatha Yoga focuses on the postures of physical well-being designed to balance body, mind and spirit. You can expect to learn simple breathing exercises, the basic yoga poses, light meditation, and relaxation techniques to become more comfortable with yoga. This class is appropriate for all levels.
- Friday, November 22, 12:55pm-1:40pm. Body 360 with Jennifer Dahl. This format incorporates the ballast/swiss ball, light weights, pilates rings and xerrings. Lateral flexion and rotation on the ball along with balance and stability work will transform the look and feel of your core.
