Pilates Training PLUS March 1, 2010
A program that combines coached cardiovascular training and Pilates workouts in a small group setting to achieve your fitness potential. Program includes one coached mat class, one coached reformer class, and one coached cardiovascular class per week.

Group Reformer Classes March 1, 2010
Have you ever wanted to try Pilates equipment training but were afraid to ask? A Group Reformer Class is your best option. The Reformer is the predominant piece of Pilates apparatus, designed to uniformly lengthen the body with gentle resistance. Because the reformer is spring loaded, it is gentle to the joints and can accommodate any body. Core, centering, concentration, breath, and precision are the guiding principles of Pilates. Classes meet once a week for 8 weeks.
Meeting times include: Mondays at 7:00am or 11:30am; Tuesdays at 7:00am; Wednesdays at 7:00am, 5:00pm, or 6:00pm; Thursdays at 8:00pm; Fridays at 4:30pm; Saturdays at 10:00am; Sundays at 11:00am.
