Advanced Bootcamp begins the week of April 23. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm. 4 week program is $215/twice a week and $120/once a week. Looking to achieve your maximum fitness potential? Designed as the most advanced of our bootcamp series, these sessions will test everything you learned in Show the Ropes and Whip into Shape. These high intensity workouts will include anaerobic cardiovascular exercises such as sprinting, plyometrics, and Olympic training routines.
