Group Fitness Spotlight

Check out Tread with Ron Mendoza on Thursdays, from 12:30pm-1:15pm. This 45-minute comprehensive interval training workout is conducted on the treadmills.  Kick your heart rate up and sweat your way to a new you!

You are invited to FFC Gold Coast for an Introduction to Acrobatic Yoga on Thursday, November 14, from 7:30pm-8:30pm!  Melissa Bowen and Paula Bui will instruct a new class format that blends hand balancing, core work and partner acrobatics. Lift and balance a partner in various poses that enhance creative expression and improve flexibility. Yoga experience is helpful, although this class is tailored for beginners. Join 111’s Melissa Bowen and Nazha Abushalanfah at the South Loop FFC on Thanksgiving Day for a Turkey Day workout featuring AcroFit, FFC’s newest signature class!  Train like an acrobat – on the ground!  Develop core strength like you’ve never had before.  This acrobatic conditioning class is designed to challenge your strength and endurance, while focusing on proper form.  All are welcome and no experience is necessary.
