flyfitThis partner balance class blends hand balancing, core work and partner acrobatics.  Partners lift and balance one another in various poses that enhance creative expression and improve flexibility.  Yoga experience is helpful, but not required – this class is tailored to the absolute beginner.  Attend with a partner if you wish, but it’s not required.  The only requirement is that you attend with an open mind… and maybe a bottle of water!  Space is limited please RSVP to Melissa Bowen at
