You are invited to FFC Lincoln Park for an introduction to FlyFit on Sunday, December 8, from 10:30am-11:45am! Melissa Bowen and Dan Plehal will instruct a new fitness format that blends hand balancing, core work and partner acrobatics. Lift and balance a partner in various poses that enhance creative expression and improve flexibility. Yoga experience is helpful, although this class is tailored for beginners.
