Fall Group Fitness Schedule

The season is almost upon us. Leap into a new fitness regime by participating in a variety of group fitness classes. Cardio, strength, mind/body… We’ve added two new classes to the schedule: Tread on Thursdays at 1pm and Spinning Interval on Monday nights at 5:15pm. Our fall schedule begins on Monday, September 8!
