Fall Group Fitness Schedule

Take your workouts back indoors with our group fitness classes! New schedule begins Tuesday, September 2. We are thrilled to debut Cardio Mix on Thursdays, from 11:15am-12pm. Cardio Mix combines several popular cardiovascular formats such as step, hi/lo, plyometrics, dance and sports conditioning drills set to high-energy music for a fat-burning, fun workout.
