May’s Message from General Manager John O’Connor April 27, 2012
“Why do I feel so good one day when I’m working out and then so tired and non- focused the next?” My answer is ebb and flow. Know that if one day you are not at your best, it can and will change. Believe this and you will be prepared to experience the best of times more fully and manage the least of times just a little easier. The key is to be ready, and somewhat accepting, when the ebb (low point) comes, and then be prepared to take full advantage of the flow (high point).
Through the ebb and flow, FFC East Lakeview will ALWAYS be here, to give you an encouraging word or a high five. The important thing is to never, ever, give up!
Memorial Day Hours April 27, 2012
In observance of the Memorial Day Holiday, we will be open from 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday, May 28. We will reopen at 4:30am on Tuesday, May 29. Please also check the Group Fitness Schedule for the holiday class times.
