The holidays are a time to celebrate, and boy do we make the most of it. We eat, we drink, we indulge and then we end up feeling bloated by the time it’s all over. It’s almost an unspoken rule that, with the holidays, comes unlimited eating and incomplete workouts, but this year, you have a choice.

Don’t let holiday stressors get in the way of your most important holiday gift – your health. I have provided two rules to live by this holiday season:
#1 KEEP MOVING – Exercise helps you deal with stress and provides you more energy to accomplish your holiday tasks. Just show up and get some exercise in.
#2 CONTROL YOUR EATING – Never hit a party on an empty stomach. Choose one treat as your indulgence. Drink one glass of water for every drink you consume. Lastly… don’t skip meals.
