Back pain? Lack of flexibility or core strength? Change that FAST! Experts agree hip mobility and a strong core are key to a healthy back. Attend an interactive workshop, provided by Arrosti Rehab Centers to learn proven, low-impact exercises to build a pain-proof back. This seminar will be offered on Wednesday, February 18, 1-2 pm, in the 353 Fitness Center group fitness studio. Open to all ages and fitness levels. Exercise clothing is recommended, as you will be moving. Non-members welcome!
