SL-8Now that our fall group fitness schedules are underway, here are a few helpful reminders for all of you class-takers: If you are a first-timer, please let your instructor know. Any format that requires setup (spin classes) or specific equipment our fitness experts can help you get off on the right foot. Arrive on time. This time of year, we see more people exchanging outdoor workouts for indoor classes. Arriving early will help you establish space and equipment. Lastly, bring your water to class. Leaving the studio for water breaks disrupts your workout, and we would hate for you to miss any of the good stuff. Enjoy your classes.
