Push yourself farther. Progress at the proper pace. These 3 Boot Camp Programs were designed specifically so that your skills can build on top of each other, giving you the basic skills you need to advance safely and effectively. They combine cardiovascular training especially running or walking, body weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and jumping jacks, core conditioning, and circuit training. Participants make friends and adopt a routine of regular exercise while losing weight, increasing strength, and burning fat.

Show the Ropes – beginner Boot Camp
Kick start your exercise program with a strength and conditioning program built around many of the most popular pieces of equipment at our FFC locations. Maximize your time in the club efficiently and achieve your fitness goals in this non-intimidating and fun group session. No workout will be the repeat itself. Classes are offered on a 4 week basis. Attend one session a week for $120, and two sessions a week for $210.

Whip into Shape – intermediate Boot Camp
Take your workouts to the next level by building upon your training during the Show the Ropes program and push your limits in this group workout. This session will challenge your muscular and cardiovascular system utilizing TRX Suspension Trainers, kettlebells, medicine balls, and calisthenics. Classes are offered on a 4 week basis. Attend one session a week for $120, and two sessions a week for $210.

Looking to achieve your maximum fitness potential? Designed as the most advanced of our bootcamp series, these sessions will test everything you learned in Show the Ropes and Whip into Shape. These high intensity workouts will include anaerobic cardiovascular exercises such as sprinting, plyometrics, and Olympic training routines. Club-by-Club offerings are below. Classes are offered on a 4 week basis. Attend one session a week for $120, and two sessions a week for $210.
