Show the Ropes (Beginner)
Kick start your exercise program with a strength and conditioning program built around many of the most popular pieces of equipment at our FFC locations. Maximize your time in the club efficiently and achieve your fitness goals in this non-intimidating and fun group session. No workout repeat itself.
Whip into Shape (Intermediate)
Take your workouts to the next level by building upon the training of the show the ropes program and push your limits in this group workout. This session will challenge your muscular and cardiovascular system utilizing TRX Suspension Trainers, kettlebells, medicine balls, and calisthenics.
Master Your Skills (Advanced)
Looking to achieve your maximum fitness potential? Join our advanced group-training program of high-intensity workouts that include anaerobic cardiovascular exercises such as sprinting, plyometrics, and Olympic exercises.
Participate one or two times per week ($120 – 1x/week and $215 – 2x/wk)
