Portobella Pizzas
Traditional pizza is loaded with carbohydrates, fat and sodium. Using a portobella mushroom cap instead of pizza crust is a great way to cut back on carbs and increase veggies! Mushrooms are a rich source of fiber and potassium, making them filling and heart healthy. Top this pizza with any veggies, lean protein and fresh or dried herbs to get a different taste each time.

Summer Fruit with Honey-Yogurt Sauce
Dessert can be healthy! Yogurt contains probiotics; friendly bacterial that help keep your digestive tract healthy and regular. Yogurt is a great addition to your breakfast, lunch or a healthy snack since it is also an excellent source of protein! Greek yogurt has even more protein; about double compared to regular yogurt and only half the carbs! Add citrus fruits or juices (lemons/limes/pineapple) to fruits like apples that brown easily to keep them looking and tasting fresh.
