Program begins Wednesday, August 11. Meets Wednesdays, 6:00pm-7:00pm through September 29. 8 sessions/$199. Get your “run on” with FFC’s Running Club! Led by FFC Old Town Personal Trainer Ben Carlson, this program will help you increase your stamina and pacing, incorporate exercises that will strengthen your core and help prevent injury and teach proper stretching techniques.
