Put Your Winter Swim Training to the Test!
TriMonster and FFC are creating a fun little winter swim meet – and you’re invited!

This event was created at the request of off-season triathletes looking to motivate themselves through the winter. The meet will spark friendly competition among triathletes, veteran and recreational swimmers, and especially among individuals who have never competed in an official swim meet.

While competition is open to all FFC Masters Swim groups, individual members and the public alike are encouraged to participate. This event is not USA Masters Swimming sanctioned.

Events
Swimmers of all abilities will compete in the following events:

· Freestyle: 50yd / 100yd / 200yd / 500yd
· Backstroke: 50yd / 100yd
· Breaststroke: 50yd / 100yd
· Butterfly: 50yd / 100yd
· Ind. Medley: 100yd / 200yd
· Free Relay: 100yd / 200yd / 400yd
· Medley Relay: 200yd / 400yd
· Pentathlon: 5 Events

Participants automatically receive entry into the four events of your choice, with the option to purchase an additional four events (for a total of eight).

Relay Registration
Should you wish to register for the Freestyle or Medley Relays, select the event(s) on the following pages. Then, indicate your teammate name(s) where requested. Only one person needs to register their relay team. Additional fees apply.

Event Discounts
Event discounts are available to FFC Members and TriMonster participants. They will be applied during the registration process.

Pool & Timing
This event will utilize FFC’s 25yd, 4 lane swimming pool. All events will feature wall starts (no start blocks). Diving is not permitted. Details on the timing system will soon be available.

Awards
Awards will be given to the top three placing Men and Women within each event. There are no age group competitions or awards.

Packet Pick-Up & Goodie Bag
Packet pick-up begins at 7:15 a.m. the morning of the event. All participants will receive a goodie bag, complete with a swim cap, towel and other amenities.

Race Day Registration
If space allows, race day registration will open at 7:15 a.m. There is an additional $5 charge for race day registration.
