The New You! program is for everyone looking to lose 5 – 20 pounds in 12 weeks, seeking direction in their eating habits, searching for a group of friends striving for the same goals, feeling awkward on the fitness floor, and wanting to participate in Personal Training but can’t afford private sessions.

Program includes ActivTrax Nutrition Tracking System, FA20 or FT7 Polar Activity Computer, 24 Small Group Training Sessions, two lectures (grocery tour and dining out) and three evaluations.
