Ariana has been in the fitness industry for over ten years as both a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. Ariana’s love for fitness has led her to do some very interesting things- she has participated in a figure competition, filmed a Pilates infomercial and been a personal trainer on a VH1 reality TV show. Ariana is new to the Chicago area and has been teaching for Fitness Formula Clubs since June 2011. She teaches a variety of formats and her goal is to make her classes fun, educational and welcoming! Heather Moore has been in the fitness industry eight years and is also a dance professional. Her fitness certifications are from the American Council on Exercise (Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer) and the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (Pilates and Sport Yoga). Her dance choreography has been featured at Columbia College Chicago, Ball State University, Indiana-Purdue University, and the Bonnie Bird Theatre in London. She completed a Master of Arts degree in Dance-Theatre from the Laban Conservatoire of Dance in London, England. She also graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Graduate Laban Certificate in Movement Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management.
