Extended Spinning March 28, 2012

Welcome Jahi Johnson March 28, 2012
Critical Mass, Wednesdays 11:15am-12:00pm. Complimentary to members. Jahi is an AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor with over eleven years experience in personal training, group fitness and Spinning. In addition, he has earned a bachelor degree in biology, and is currently taking courses in massage therapy and holistic health. Jahi’s fitness philosophy is “don’t just have a nice body, have great health.” Fun fact: he mentors at least twice a week in the local high schools. Join Jahi’s Critical Mass class on Wednesdays, from 11:15am-12:00pm.
Fitness Challenges Return in April March 28, 2012
All month long – complimentary. Challenge yourself, your co-workers and the 353 Fitness Center staff. Events will include: How many pull ups can you perform? How many pushups can you perform? How long can you jump rope without missing a step? How long can you hold a plank? How long can you hold a wall sit? Members and guests can visit the club at their convenience as many times throughout April to get their highest score. Results will be posted in the club. ZUMBA Master Class March 28, 2012
Tuesday, April 10, 5:30pm-6:15pm. Complimentary members and their guests. Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow class, fusing hypnotic Latin/International rhythms and movements. The easy to follow moves feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Led by FFC Group Fitness Manager Dominick DeFranco, this class is sure to be a party! Dominick has an extensive background in dance and live theatre, making his Zumba and other fitness dance formats the most sought after and entertaining workouts in the city! All levels welcome. Make your voice heard! Beginning in March, Spinning instructor Jennifer Dahl will be accepting your song requests. Submit your request to her at jdahl@ffc.com or leave your request at the front desk and your song request could be played in the following Friday class! Be prepared for a fun, eclectic mix of your classmate’s favorite songs!

Six week program starts Monday, March 19. Mondays and Wednesdays, 1:15pm-1:55pm. $199/members, $249/non-members. See results with our total body toning and sculpting Boot Camp! This group personal training program features a 30-minute intense total body workout, followed by several minutes of stretching. This Boot Camp also features pre- and post-program assessments and daily homework assignments to keep you on track! SPECIAL OFFER: Try it once, on us!
