Body Weight Bootcamp April 29, 2013
Monday, May 6 through Monday, June 3 from 12:00pm-12:30pm. $215 for Members/$265 for Non-Members. Sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays. Get ready for summer with this express, Body Weight Bootcamp. Using your body weight as resistance, you will learn a variety of new exercises that can be performed virtually anywhere! During this four-week program, you will increase your cardiovascular health, increase core strength, and improve functional fitness -making you better able to perform day-to-day movements. Tuesdays from 11:15am-12:00pm (starting May 7). Trial Class: Fridays from 1:15pm-2:00pm (starting May 10). Free for Members. WERQ (pronounced “work”) is the fiercely fun dance fitness format set to current pop, rock, and hip-hop music with easy-to-follow, high-energy dance steps. You will have so much fun during this class and blast away calories without realizing it. No dance experience necessary. Show your love of WERQ and “WERQ” your way into the weekend to see the second class permanently added to the schedule. Are you ready to WERQ?
Memorial Day Holiday- Club Operating Hours April 29, 2013
In observance of Memorial Day weekend, the 353 Fitness Center will close at 4:00pm on Friday, May 24. All group fitness classes will be offered as regularly scheduled on Friday. The Club will be closed on Monday, May 27. All 353 Fitness Center Members will have access to another Fitness Formula Club on Monday, May 27. Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:00pm. Complimentary for Club Members. This high intensity class boosts your heart rate and keeps you burning calories for hours. With four stations, the class will bring together plyometrics, heavy lifting, resistance training, and cardiovascular drills to test endurance and speed, all in an express 30-minute class!
