Memorial Day Holiday Hours April 27, 2012

In observance of Memorial Day, the 353 Fitness Center will close at 4pm on Friday, May 25. All group fitness classes will be offered as regularly scheduled. The club will be closed on Monday, May 28. All 353 Fitness Center members will have access to another Fitness Formula Club on Monday, May 28. The club will resume regular operating hours on Tuesday, May 29. Build A Stronger Core with Pilates! April 27, 2012

Wednesdays, 12:05pm-12:50pm. Complimentary to members. Pilates is a mind/body workout that teaches body awareness, proper posture and movement by emphasizing correct breathing, spinal and pelvic alignment and total concentration. This allows the practitioner to become aware of how their body feels and how to control their body’s movements. Pilates can help improve flexibility, range of motion and even alleviate back pain and develop a strong core. Led by ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer, Justin Kam, this class is sure to help you develop the stronger, leaner core you desire.

Let’s WERQ, 353. Thursday, May 17 from 1:10pm-1:55pmpm. Complimentary to members and their guests. WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on current pop, rock, and hip hop music. Dancers and non-dancers alike love this WERQout. WERQ combines today’s hottest hits with easy dance moves for a uniquely effective cardio WERQout! All levels welcome. Spin your way into Summer April 27, 2012

Extended Spinning Class! 90–minute Spinning Class. Wednesday, May 23, 5:30pm-7:00pm. Complimentary to members. Burn twice the calories with our fast-paced, fun 90-minute Spinning class!
