353 Labor Day Hours August 25, 2010
In observance of the holiday, the 353 Fitness Center will be open from 6:00am-2:00pm on Friday, September 3 (all group exercise classes will be offered as scheduled). The 353 Fitness Center will be closed Monday, September 6, and will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 7 at 6:00am. Have a happy holiday!

Product Sampling Going On Through September. Each Wednesday through September’s end, the 353 Fitness Center will be sampling a new protein bar and drink to all members who visit the club. Stop by to find your new favorite pre or post-workout snack by sampling our wide variety of bars and beverages. Under Armour Gear Now Available! The 353 Fitness Center is proud to announce the addition of Under Armour workout gear at the Pro Shop. Under Armour is renowned for their technically advanced products, engineered to withstand the toughest of workouts. More Spinning Classes Starting in September! August 25, 2010
Due to popular demand, an additional lunch Spinning class has been added to the Group Exercise Schedule. Beginning September 2, join our high energy, low impact, multilevel Spinning class on Thursdays, from 11:15am-12:00pm. Pick up a copy of our Fall Group Exercise Class Schedule in the club or visit our website. The new schedule takes effect September 1, 2010. Celebrate Yoga Awareness Month August 25, 2010
The 353 Fitness Center is offering two complimentary, specialty Yoga classes in September: Ashtanga Yoga: Developing a Personal Practice on Thursday, September 9 from 1:10pm-2:10pm. This class will provide you with the skills to practice Yoga when taking a class is not an option. You will learn and memorize a short, yet effective, whole body Yoga sequence that you can practice daily to reap the benefits of Yoga. Yoga for the Busy Professional on Thursday, September 23, from 1:10pm-2:10pm. This class will teach you to relieve tension and stress in your back, shoulders, hips and feet by demonstrating a variety of simple exercises that can be done in the home or office setting. Both classes are geared toward beginners and advanced participants alike. Refreshing Coconut Water will be offered after each class to all participants! September Outdoor Group Exercise Classes August 25, 2010
Complimentary. Take advantage of the last remaining warm days with outdoor group exercise classes in September. Burn & Firm will be offered outside on Tuesday, September 14, from 11:15am-12:00pm and Pilates will be offered outside on Wednesday, September 15, from 12:05pm-12:50pm. We will meet in the 353 Fitness Center group exercise studio and walk to the outdoor location together. Group leaves exactly 5 minutes after scheduled time. Recently, you received an email from Activtrax, a complimentary computer-based strength and nutrition program, geared towards making health and fitness easy. Activtrax is a service provided to you at no charge by the 353 Fitness Center and all members have been enrolled in the program. To take advantage of Activtrax, the 353 Fitness Center staff can help you complete the brief strength evaluation so you can begin your customized workouts. Plus, the 353 Fitness Center is now offering a nutrition component to keep you on track towards your health and fitness goals. Complimentary Fitness Evaluations & Personal Training Training Sessions July 26, 2010
Have you scheduled your complimentary fitness evaluation and/or personal training session yet? If not, sign up today! The fitness evaluation consists of a series of basic fitness tests that assess your current fitness level and help you develop a fitness routine to reach your goals. The complimentary personal training session will help you learn how to safely and effectively perform exercises customized to help you stay on track with your workouts!
