Complimentary Fitness Evaluations & Personal Training Training Sessions

perstrainHave you scheduled your complimentary fitness evaluation and/or personal training session yet? If not, sign up today! The fitness evaluation consists of a series of basic fitness tests that assess your current fitness level and help you develop a fitness routine to reach your goals. The complimentary personal training session will help you learn how to safely and effectively perform exercises customized to help you stay on track with your workouts! To schedule your fitness evaluation and/or personal training session, contact Personal Trainers Jennifer Dahl at jdahl@ffc.com or Ron Mendoza at rmendoza@ffc.com. Please allow at least 45 minutes for the fitness evaluation and 45 minutes for the personal training session.
