Celebrate Yoga Awareness Month

The 353 Fitness Center is offering two complimentary, specialty Yoga classes in September: Ashtanga Yoga: Developing a Personal Practice on Thursday, September 9 from 1:10pm-2:10pm. This class will provide you with the skills to practice Yoga when taking a class is not an option. You will learn and memorize a short, yet effective, whole body Yoga sequence that you can practice daily to reap the benefits of Yoga. Yoga for the Busy Professional on Thursday, September 23, from 1:10pm-2:10pm. This class will teach you to relieve tension and stress in your back, shoulders, hips and feet by demonstrating a variety of simple exercises that can be done in the home or office setting. Both classes are geared toward beginners and advanced participants alike. Refreshing Coconut Water will be offered after each class to all participants!
