This October, Trick or Treat for Weight Loss! September 27, 2010
Instead of trick or treating for sugary sweets – trick or treat for weight loss! Here’s how it works: each day you work out at the 190 Athletic Club in October, reach in to the 190 Athletic Club’s bag of “tricks or “treats”. The tricks are workouts for you to perform, and the treats are fitness prizes, ranging from free personal training sessions, discounts on beverages and energy bars to free laundry service. The more days you come in, the more chances you’ll have to win a treat. Once a treat is chosen, it will be removed from the bag. And, if you pull a treat first, you have to keep pulling for your trick. Don’t be spooked – begin trick or treating for weight loss today! For more information, contact Fitness Director Sara Riddell at sriddell@ffc.com.
