Let’s end 2014 with a bang! This free and fun fitness challenge is a great way to stay active during the holiday season. Every day, Monday, Dec. 1 through Monday, Dec. 15, there will be a WOD (workout of the day) posted on the bulletin board for you to try on your own. Begin with day one and work your way up to 12 days of fitmas fun!
