Plan your workouts accordingly to add this lower back and abdominal focused routine to the front or back of your sweat session! Amp’d UP. Meets Wednesdays from 11:30am-12:00pm. Tone and tighten your arms, back, shoulders and chest in this 30 minute intensive upper body class! FitDance. Meets Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:15pm. Fitness Day Camp Hosted by 111 Fitness Club. Saturday, March 24 (women only) from 10:00am-3:00pm AND Saturday, April 14 (men and women) from 10:00am-3:00pm. $159/person or $125/person when you sign up with a friend. Jumpstart your routine by learning how to work out the right way now to save time and reach your goals faster!
