Fitness Day Camp Hosted by 111 Fitness Club. Saturday, April 14 from 10:00am-3:00pm. $159/person or $125/person when you sign up with a friend. Jumpstart your routine by learning how to work out the right way now to save time and reach your goals faster! This one day Fitness Camp will help teach you how to make the most out of your workouts and build the body you’ve always wanted. You’ll also learn proper nutrition and healthy eating tips. Non-Members and Members eligible, but space is limited! Day includes: Five (5) Workout Sessions, Two (2) Cardio Sessions, One (1) 45-Minute Personal Training Session, One (1) 30-Minute Assessment & Goal Setting Session.
